Description
100bp DNA Step Ladder is a mix of 12 blunt ended DNA fragments ranging from 100bp to 1500bp in 100bp increments upto 1000bp. For the proper identification 500bp and 1kb bands are more intense. G4667 is ready-to-use premixed with 6X DNA Loading Dye for direct loading on gel.
The DNA ladder consists of the following 12 discrete fragments (in base pairs): 1500, 1300, 1000, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100.
Storage buffer
10mM Tris-Hcl (pH- 8.8); 0.03% bromophenol blue, 60% glycerol and 60 mM EDTA
