Description 1kb DNA Step Ladder is a mix of 15 blunt ended DNA fragments ranging from 75 bp to 20 kb in 1 kb increments from 2-5 kb. For the proper identification 500bp, 1500 bp and 5kb bands are more 
intense. G4669 is ready-to-use premixed with 6X DNA Loading Dye for direct loading on gel.
The DNA ladder consists of the following 15 discrete fragments (in base pairs): 75, 200, 300, 400, 500, 700, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 7000, 10000 and 20000.
