DescriptionThis Ladder is a mix of 11 blunt ended DNA fragments ranging from 50bp to 1000bp. 300bp band was made intense for proper identification. It is ready-to-use premixed with 6X DNA Loading Dye for direct loading on gel.
The DNA ladder consists of the following 11 discrete fragments (in base pairs): 1000, 500, 450, 400, 350, 300, 250, 200, 150, 100 and 50.
