The JetPro Polymerase Mix
Features
- This polymerase mix is very robust and has the ability to amplify from very lower copy number of cDNA template in comparison to Taq DNA Polymerase.
- Exhibits Hot Start Activity as well.
- Ability to amplify in greater amount as compared to Taq DNA Polymerase.
- Ability to amplify long amplicon. Up to 12 kb on lambda DNA.
Storage
-200C in a non-frost free-freezer. Guaranteed stability for 6 months when stored properly. Avoid repeated freezing/thawing of reagents . Buffers and MgCl2 can be kept at 40C.

The JetPro Polymerase Mix consists of
- Hot Start DeltaQ DNA Polymerase—a robust, sensitive enzyme that provides higher yields than Taq DNA Polymerase, and contains an aptamer for convenient hot start PCR.
- Proofreading polymerase—for longer PCR products and increased fidelity. 100X JetPro Polymerase is provided with 10X reaction buffer and 30mM MgCl2.
