Description
Total tissue protein extraction is a great challenge for every scientific laboratory for their rare solubility in normal condition. Instead of total protein, the GLyse® MT (Mammalian Tissue Protein Extraction Reagent) is formulated and optimized for isolation of total proteins from mammalian tissue. This buffer and the extraction procedure are competent enough for providing an enrich fractions of cellular proteins under denaturing conditions. Membrane proteins prepared using the kit can be utilized in a variety of applications, such as Western blotting, 2-D gels and MS etc.
